Event Ticket Refunds
- Refunds are subject to the policy set by the event organizer. Please check the event details for specific refund terms.
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- For rescheduled events, tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, please contact the organizer for refund options.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the event organizer.
Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Service fees and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.
